We're into May already, so time to look back over the last month and see what releases were warming our collective cockles during April, with the help of Spotify of course.
Whisper it quietly, but some people were saying that the album of 2009 was released during April. The only complication being that there were a fair few candidates - Yeah Yeah Yeahs knocked our socks off with their new disco direction, The Horrors proved that there was a lot more to them than some moody photoshoots by roping in Portishead's Geoff Barrow as producer, and Orphans & Vandals flew under the radar to produce a truly extraordinary masterpiece.
